Marking one of the latest serve times we've had in 10 years (8:00pm start until 11:30pm end), the 500-guest launch party was also one of the most entertaining events we've catered ... gamers were able to preview the latest Madden season, onlookers were seated in traditional bleachers surrounded by football-themed decor, and everyone was entertained by generous giveaways and a high-energy emcee. All guests were treated to "traditional tailgate fare" including burgers and dogs to help give them stamina to await midnight's official launch.
